Any references to PD refer to your pupillary distance as provided as part of your prescription by your medical practitioner or registered ophthalmic optician.
If you are an individual purchasing as a consumer you must be over sixteen (16) years of age and be legally entitled to purchase the goods on this website.
Once you have placed your order with us whether via the website or by any other means of communication accepted by us you will have entered into a binding contract with us and you will have no right to cancel or amend your order.
On placing your order you will be responsible for payment in full.
All goods are provided subject to availability.
You must provide correct and up to date information relating to your personal details including your date of birth, contact details, delivery address and payment details. We rely on you to provide the correct personal details and will not be held responsible in any way for any errors or omissions or any costs incurred thereon as a result of you providing incorrect personal details.
In no circumstances whatsoever are our staff, representatives or agents permitted to vary these Terms and Conditions either verbally or in writing and you should not place any reliance on any such amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions when placing your order.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Whilst we will endeavour to supply goods exactly as ordered by you it may be the case that a supplier or manufacturer may change a specification or design and in these circumstances we reserve the right to supply an appropriate alternative. If we do not consider the variation to be minor we will contact you by email or telephone and you will be offered an appropriate alternative.
Where availability permits we will provide goods ordered through this website or by any other means of communication accepted by us based on the information that you have provided. We rely on you to provide the correct prescription details and will not be held responsible in any way for any errors or omissions in providing goods suitable for you or any costs incurred by you as a result of you providing the incorrect prescription details.
All prescription details provided by you must have been provided by and following an eye examination by a medical practitioner or registered ophthalmic optician within two (2) years of the date you place your order. We will not be responsible in any way for any errors or omissions or costs incurred by you as a result of the medical practitioner or registered ophthalmic optician providing incorrect eye examination results or prescription details.
If you do not provide details of your PD when ordering we will use the appropriate average PD for single vision distance lenses or the appropriate average PD for single vision reading lenses to complete your order. You may need to specifically ask for your PD from your medical practitioner or registered ophthalmic optician if it is not provided as part of your prescription, of which you are entitled to obtain.
We will not accept or fulfil orders where the lenses are 8 dioptres or greater or where the sphere figure added to the cylindrical figure is 8 dioptres or over. We will accept orders for single vision near, single vision distance and bifocal lenses. We will not accept orders relating to varifocal lenses.
As an optional extra lenses can be supplied with a hard coating which may protect against dust particles. We will not accept any liability for any failure of the hard coating supplied as a result of a manufacturing defect or any act or omission on the part of any manufacturer in relation thereto.
We will not supply any goods or accept orders from anyone under the age of 16, or who is registered blind or partially sighted, or accept orders from any third party ordering on behalf of anyone under the age of 16.
We only accept orders from within the United Kingdom this includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
All descriptions of goods on this website and any descriptions contained in any accompanying sales literature or other authorised documentation are as accurate as possible and are correct at the time of display. Whilst we endeavour to be as accurate as possible photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the goods themselves.
All prices are stated on our website in pounds sterling and include VAT and are correct at the time of display. Prices do not include delivery. We reserve the right to alter these prices at anytime without notice but once you have placed your order the price charged to you will be the price stated at the time of your order.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering and must be made in pounds sterling. Payment may be made by any of the following methods:
Please note that credit card and debit card transactions may attract a minimal handling fee which you will be responsible for paying. You will be notified how much the handling fee will be prior to completing your order. Where cheques are used as payment your order will only be processed once the cheque has cleared and payment has been received.
We do not accept responsibility for damage or destruction caused to the goods by matters beyond our control, by the manufacturer of the goods or supplier of component parts or by postal or delivery companies.
We will not be liable for any damage or destruction caused to the goods once they have been delivered to you.
We will not be liable to any person for any damage, destruction or loss that may arise from the use of goods advertised by us.
Individual goods may be the subject of warranties or guarantees given by their manufacturer(s) directly to you.
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, all the information and materials contained in this website (including without limitation, text, graphics and links) are provided on an ‚as is‚ basis with no warranty, and in particular we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this website is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no circumstances will we or any of our employee‚s, agents or subcontractors be liable to you for any business interruption, loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings.

Our total liability (including our employees, agents and subcontractors) whether in contract, tort (including negligence) and breach of statutory duty or otherwise will not exceed the price of the goods and services to which the claim relates.
We reserve the right to assign or subcontract any contract made between us and you to any person or company.

We will endeavour to meet our responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions within a reasonable period of time unless we are unable to do so due to circumstances beyond our control.
Goods are sold on the understanding that they are not to be resold to the public.
In the interests of security and customer service any telephone calls made to us or our customer service centre may be monitored and recorded.
We keep no personal data other than a copy and record of your order and invoice and method of payment. We will ensure that all our employees comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
