To comply with the Specsvision Returns Policy please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. The Returns Policy only covers glasses that are defective when they arrive with you. It only applies if we have made a mistake in your spectacle's construction, not if you damage them.
For this reason, it is important that when you receive your glasses, you inspect them carefully. If anything gives you cause for concern, you should contact Specsvision on 028 9262 6717 (contact details on receipt) within 24 hours of postmark on the delivery packaging, as the guarantee period only lasts for 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Provided we are at fault, we will firstly correct the fault free of charge, or issue a replacement pair.
If you decide to return the goods to us, unless we have indicated otherwise we will not be under any obligation to refund or exchange the goods, therefore please do not return any goods unless specifically requested by Specsvision to do so.
