The easiest way to select a suitable frame size is to compare the dimension of frames from our website to a comfortable pair of glasses that you already have. The measurement of our frames will be stated beside the frames on the website.
Most commonly you find 3 measurements on one of the arms of your current glasses (perhaps with the help of a magnifying glass).

No. Contact lens and glasses prescriptions may seem the same but they are different. In all cases, we recommend you have your eyes tested and have a prescription issued for glasses that is less than 2 years old ready before ordering.
PD is the distance from the centre of the pupil in one eye to the centre of the pupil in the other eye. This measurement improves the positioning of your lenses within the frames you have chosen. We recommend that you ask for it when you are having your eyes tested by your optician.
Unless you provide us with a PD measurement for your glasses we will supply lenses set to an average PD which are based on an known survey and works well for most of our customers.

UV400 Protective Coating protects the eyes against harmful UV rays, whereas normal tinted or clear lenses do not. This protection can be applied to any lenses, tinted or clear.
